• Lifetime or Limited Access to Course Materials: Specific courses may offer lifetime access upon payment, some offerings may be time-limited.

• Community Group Membership: Some courses include time-limited access to exclusive community groups, which may require a separate subscription for continued participation after the initial access period.

• Guided Steps and Resources: Practical guides, tools, and strategies to help users achieve success in their chosen field.

Course-Specific Terms

1. Phone to Freedom

   • Includes lifetime access to course materials.

   • Community group access is included for 3 months from the date of purchase. Continued access beyond this period requires a $100/month subscription to Jordan's Library.

   • All sales are final.

2. Free 18-Hour Course

   • Lifetime access to course materials provided upon enrollment.

   • No community group access is included with this course unless bundled separately.

3. Your First Store

   • Includes lifetime access to course materials and actionable step-by-step guides.

   • No community group access is included unless bundled separately.

4. Jordan’s Library Community Group Subscription ($100/month)

   • Provides ongoing access to the Jordan’s Library community, including mentorship, live streams, and store/product reviews.

   • Subscription can be canceled anytime, but rejoining requires payment of the current subscription rate.

Final Sale:

All sales are final for any and all educational products, services, communities, or courses offered by Jordan’s Library. Once a purchase has been completed, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided under any circumstances. By purchasing these offerings, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Third-Party Platforms:

Some elements of our Services may require interaction with third-party platforms (e.g., Shopify, TikTok Shop, other ecommerce platforms, etc). Jordan’s Library is not responsible for the terms, functionality, or costs associated with any of these platforms. You are responsible for adhering to their policies and terms.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment: Payments for any course, program or community group grants access to the specific Services outlined at the time of purchase. Terms such as lifetime access or limited-time community group membership will be clearly communicated.

No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our courses and the immediate access provided, all sales are final. Refund requests, chargebacks, or disputes will not be entertained.

Additional Fees: Continued access to certain services, such as community groups, after the initial period may require a separate subscription fee. Any future pricing will be communicated in advance.

4. No Financial or Business Guarantees

Our courses and programs are intended for educational and informational purposes only. While we provide proven methods and strategies, Jordan’s Library makes no guarantees regarding income, sales, or success. Your results will depend on factors including but not limited to your effort, commitment, and external conditions.
